Bill first came to Whitefish in 1990 after college, planning to spend just one winter. Within a month, he was hired by Big Mountain Development Corporation—and he never looked back. Captivated by the Montana lifestyle, Bill planted roots and built a career in real estate that has spanned land planning, homebuilding, and sales.

With decades of local experience, Bill brings deep knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His latest venture is a thoughtfully designed 14-lot subdivision on Colorado Avenue, where he and his team will build and sell each home.

An avid outdoorsman, Bill is drawn to the very things that make Montana so special—hunting, fishing, skiing, and golfing. Originally from the Puget Sound area, he still feels connected to the water and makes time to return often to cruise the San Juan Islands.
